  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items, such as sale items, underwear, and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@varusclothing.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at exchanges@varusclothing.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, we will issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@varusclothing.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Sale and clearance items.

    • Gift cards.

    • Undergarments, socks, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
